Many people make promises and never follow through, and some people cannot make promises because they don't know if they can or will follow through.
The only one Who made promises and followed through was Christ; and He promised heaven to everyone who believes in Him. He is the only One to promise heaven after we die - no other prophet, no-one else can do this.
